
To ensure the beauty and longevity of the garden, please respect the
following policies.
Accessibility
The garden is set on a hillside and contains steep paths, stairs,
and ponds that are not gated and is unsuitable for young children.
For these reasons, groups of children under the age of eight are
restricted from garden visits. Due to the terrain, the garden cannot
accommodate wheelchairs or strollers. Non-leather soled shoes and/or
flat-heeled shoes are recommended.
Admission
Admission to the garden is free, however, parking
reservations are required due to limited availability.
Events
The garden is only available for self-guided tours or docent-guided
tours when arranged in advance. The garden cannot accommodate weddings

Food
No food or drink is allowed in the garden. No smoking is permitted.
Grounds
Please stay on designated pathways. Do not harm the flowers, lawn, trees,
structures or other permanent items. Please do not feed the koi
fish.
Hours
The garden is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m.
to 3:00 p.m.
Parking
Parking is limited. Reservations are
required. Park in designated spaces only.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the garden.
Photography/Filming
Commercial filming/photo shoots are not allowed. Non-commercial photography
and videotaping are permitted.
Vans/Buses
Large groups must be dropped off at the garden entrance by van or bus.

Weather
The garden closes during rainy weather. Reservations will be canceled
and/or rescheduled for the next available date. Management reserves
the right to cancel reservations at any time.
